This is a picture of 92 year old Mrs. Jean Lloyd being 
sworn as a member of Debert Branch # 106 by the 
President, Comrade Ron Eastcott.
She was born on November 6, 1919 in Lancashire
(now part of Merseyside) England and came to Canada as
a War Bride with her late husband James Lloyd. She is
 believed to be the oldest new member ever sworn in.
